Definitions and Interpretation

The meanings of the following terms used in these conditions are explained below:

• "Platform" means the tq66 website, mobile version and all associated services.
• "User" or "You" means any person who has registered on or is using the tq66 platform.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Verification Process

tq66 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. You may be asked to provide a national identity card, passport or birth registration certificate. Withdrawal facilities may be restricted until verification is complete.

Account Management

3.1 Login Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Do not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Updating Information

If any information provided at registration changes, the user must update it immediately through tq66 support. False or outdated information may result in account suspension or cancellation.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be considered "inactive" if there are no transactions for 12 consecutive months. tq66 reserves the right to apply applicable maintenance fees to such inactive accounts, though the user will be notified by email in advance.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into tq66:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for all methods)
• Deposited funds are generally added to the wallet instantly.
• Only deposit from an account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Standard processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours

4.3 Currency and Tax
